Additional Information

How Do I Charge My Batteries?

Each manufacturer gives a different charging time for their mobility device. Please consult your owner's manual for battery charging instructions.

How Often Should I Recharge My Batteries?

If you are a daily user you should typically recharge your batteries each night, even if the battery gauge is still in the green.

How Long Should I Charge My Power Wheelchair Or Scooter?

You should recharge your batteries 10 - 14 Hours for optimal battery capacity. Please refer to your owner's manual.

How Long Are My Batteries Supposed To Last?

Battery life expectancy varies depending on a wide array of conditions. A set of batteries should typically last from 1 to 2 years depending on weight of person, charging habits, and the terrain. (eg. someone close to the weight capacity or over, not re-charging batteries after each use, using an extension cord, hilly areas, grass & gravel to name a few)***You should at no time use an extension cord to re-charge your mobility product. You should plug all battery chargers directly into the wall outlet.*** Need Batteries Call 1-800-927-0798
